Kate Marshall recently came to Culver with her family from outside of Chicago.
Anchor/Epley Rentals, LLC and Cathy Epley, owner, are honored to have such an energetic woman to manage the rental business, and give our clients the attention and thorough, top quality professionalism they deserve.
Kate comes to us with a background in government, law, and business. Her customer service approach to real estate has been well received through her warm and welcoming personality, her attention to every detail, and her professionalism. Kate loves her new life in Culver, and is passionate about helping Culver to continue it's growth potential, while maintaining the quality small town atmosphere.
Since arriving from Chicago, Kate has been involved with Culver's Community School Corporation, the Lake Maxinkuckee Association and recently got her real estate license..
Kate's husband, Chet Marshall III (CMA '73), has returned to his roots, and is working at The Culver Academies as Director of Annual Giving. Kate and Chet have a daughter, Claire, who currently attends Culver Middle School and the Academies' Summer Camp.
