This is a highly regarded and desirable accomplishment, which only 5% of Coldwell Banker Brokers are able to qualify and complete. To be invited to attend and complete the curriculum, a broker must have a determined number of years in the business, and must have a specified number of exclusive, high end property listings and sales in gross commission income.
