All of our properties have 1-7 bedrooms
and can accommodate 4-32 guests
Culver Academies' Events
Parents Weekends Spring and Fall, are three (3) nights and rates range from $600 to $2,500
Alumni Weekend is typically three (3) nights and rates are from $900-$4,500
Graduation is typically a 5-7 day stay and prices vary from $800 to $8,000
Summer Rentals
Most of our summer rentals are week long stays going from a Monday to a Monday.
We do have short-term rentals, both on the lake and in town.
These go fast, so we recommend that you plan early! Culver Summer School Homecoming,
must be done in advance!! Few available. except weekly.
Winter Rentals
Parents can rent a furnished home or condominium for six to nine months
while their child attends the Academy. These winter rentals usually begin
in the month of September or October, starting at $400 a month plus utilities.
We also have homes for odd weekends during the year.
Availability is limited so plan accordingly.
