| This cottage beautifully combines a modern addition with the quaintness of the original cottage. Two screened-in porches, plus a patio, makes this the perfect cottage for Academy events. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have two twin beds and the 5th bedroom has 2 double beds. There are 3 and one-half bathrooms. The combination kitchen/dining room make this a wonderful place for family get togethers! The newer section which has one bedroom and one bathroom has heat and air conditioning - the main part of the house does not, but enjoys the lake breeze. Central air is considered unnecessary on the East side of the lake! A great side porch off of the kitchen/family room, is a special spot to enjoy, while cooking out, entertaining, and enjoying the sounds of the lake.
